90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no matter whether the product has been opened or not.

This guarantee applies to all orders and is not limited to first-time purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To get started, simply email us at support@wellvare.co with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We may ask for feedback to help us continue improving our products and service.

Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@wellvare.co.

Returns for Unopened Products

If your product is unopened and you would like to return it, the following conditions apply:

  • Condition – The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unsealed, and with no signs of tampering.
  • Packaging – All original tags must be attached and the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Free Gifts and Promotional Items

Free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns or refunds, whether opened or unopened.

If your order included a free promotional item (for example, as part of a "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Free Gift With Purchase" offer) and you choose to return the qualifying paid item, the free item must also be returned in unused condition. Failure to return the free item may result in its value being deducted from your refund total.

Limited-time post-purchase offers are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to the heavily discounted pricing applied at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are paid directly to our logistics and fulfillment partners and are non-refundable. We are unable to refund shipping charges in the event of a return or cancellation.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wellvare.co so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. If you have a question about whether your specific item qualifies, please reach out to us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification. The item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
