All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if this is the case.

Before your order leaves our fulfillment center, it goes through a quality check to make sure everything meets our standards. We work with a network of international fulfillment partners to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers — this means delivery times can occasionally be longer than those of local retailers, but we believe the savings are worth it.
