Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please act quickly — once your order enters our fulfillment process, changes may no longer be possible.
Order Changes
If you need to update your order — such as changing an item or your delivery address — please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@wellvare.co. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
Order Cancellations
To keep our delivery times as short as possible, our fulfillment process is fully automated and begins immediately after an order is placed. Because of this, we are generally unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. If you have a cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
After Shipping
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled. However, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy, which offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders.
