Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy
By purchasing a subscription product from Wellvare, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Billing Frequency and Amount
You will be billed every 30 days at the price shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Recurring Charges
When you subscribe, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.
Optional Service
Adding a monthly refill subscription is entirely optional. You can choose to add or remove it before or during checkout.
Confirmation
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription and first order.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is created by:
- Clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or
- Contacting us at support@wellvare.co with your full name and order number.
We are committed to making this process straightforward and giving you full control over your subscription.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Renewals
Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order on your billing date.
No Cancellation After Order Creation
Once a new subscription order has been created, it cannot be cancelled. This is because orders are immediately queued for processing and shipment to ensure timely delivery.
Valid Orders
All orders generated through your active subscription are considered valid and final. They will be processed and billed accordingly.
